There are many negative aspects of the modern food system, such as food supply and demand problems due to the increase in the world population, the impact of environmental burdens on climate change, and health problems caused by unbalanced diets. On the other hand, individual needs are becoming increasingly diverse, including the pursuit of good food, efficient acquisition of nutrients, and ethical consumption choices. Food tech is a way to advance these various food-related issues and possibilities through the use of technology, and also aims to build a sustainable food system.

Product launch events and workshops are also held, so participating in the community that is created through this event is also a fun element.
